We send all Accessories Shop orders via USPS
All standard Accessories Shop orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days of payment received. During peak shipping times (such as holidays), and in the event of natural disasters (we are located in Wisconsin and experience an active tornado season) or Massage Continuing Education Conferences delivery times may take longer. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please notify us if you have an order which demands priority processing prior to placing your order. USPS Priority Mail will typically deliver 2-4 working days after payment is recieved and package is processed.
You may log into your account at any time to view the current status of your Accessories Shop order.
We may send your order in multiple packages.
Please note that if any part of the delivery address you provide is wrong you will be liable up to the total cost of your order should the package fail to be delivered or returned to us within 30 days of shipping.
In the unlikely event that your item goes missing in the shipping, refunds or replacements will only be issued once the package is officially declared as lost by the US Postal Service.
RETURNS to the Accessories Shop
Patterns and DVDs may be returned unopened and in new condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser (similar to your travel expense if you were making an exchange in a bricks & mortar store). Please contact us for an RMA (returned material authorization) number and to confirm product exchange details.
